Senior Ux designer (m/w/d)

Job Description

For one of our clients, we are looking for an experienced Senior UX Designer (m/w/d) who can play a key role in shaping and improving complex digital customer journeys. The assignment focuses on designing intuitive, scalable, and data-driven user experiences within a large digital ecosystem.

What will you do?

In this role, you will work on the development of navigation concepts and information architecture across web and mobile platforms. You will translate strategic direction into concrete UX designs and validated solutions, ensuring a seamless and consistent user experience.

Your focus will include:

• Developing and refining navigation and UX concepts.
• Designing clear and scalable information architectures.
• Creating wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Conducting user research, usability testing, and interviews.
• Analysing qualitative and quantitative user insights.
• Validating design solutions with end users.
• Ensuring consistency with design systems and branding guidelines.
• Collaborating closely with designers, product teams, and stakeholders.

 

Qualifications

 

Must-haves:

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant UX design experience.
• Strong experience with information architecture and navigation design.
• Proven track record in end-to-end UX design processes.
• Experience with user research and usability testing.
• Advanced Figma skills (Auto Layout, Components, Design Systems).
• Experience creating high-fidelity prototypes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Available immediately or on short notice.
• Willingness to work onsite 2–3 days per week (Netherlands).

Nice to have:

• Fluent Dutch language skills.
• Experience with AI-driven design tools.
• Experience in large-scale digital ecosystems or enterprise environments.
