Job Description
We’re on the lookout for a motivated and hands-on Kitchen Porter to join our team at Novotel London Tower Bridge, playing a key role in keeping our kitchen running smoothly!
This is a part-time opportunity (25 hours per week), working 5 days a week during evening service (5:00pm–10:00pm), with great opportunities for overtime.

Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter or in a similar back-of-house role.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- High standards of cleanliness, organisation, and hygiene
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
- Understanding of basic food safety and hygiene procedures
