The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting enterprise data platforms, managing production incidents, performing impact analysis, and partnering with business stakeholders to deliver strategic data solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Production Support
- Lead production support activities for Informatica applications and data warehouse platforms.
- Monitor and troubleshoot ETL failures and batch processing issues.
- Ensure SLA compliance and timely issue resolution.
- Conduct RCA and implement permanent corrective actions.
Data Analysis & Business Engagement
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Perform impact analysis and data assessment.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Support enterprise reporting and regulatory reporting initiatives.
