Reporting to the Office Manager (Vancouver, Canada), the Operations Coordinator is the heart of our Vancouver Office. This role will not only be in charge of daily office operations but will act as an ambassador of our culture both internally and externally. The successful candidate will have a passion for bringing people together, a strong project mindset and excellent time management capabilities. In addition, this candidate will be driven and proactive in their approach, willing to assist wherever necessary.

Note: this is an on-site position at our downtown Vancouver office.

What You’ll Deliver…

  • Cultivate a High-Energy Workspace: Be the welcoming point of contact for both visitors and employees at our Vancouver headquarters.
  • Build Community & Culture: Assist in creating a fantastic, engaging office environment by helping organize employee events, amenities, and collaborative experiences that drive engagement.
  • Support Senior Leadership: Provide high-quality administrative enablement to members of our Senior Leadership Team, seamlessly managing expenses, travel arrangements, and critical calendars.
  • Drive Event Execution: Partner closely with our Events Manager as a core engine of support for internal corporate events, assisting with everything from initial planning stages through to day-of logistics and teardown.
  • Master Office Details: Efficiently own the day-to-day coordination of reception, meeting room setups, incoming/outgoing shipping logistics, and routine expense management.
  • Collaborate Across Facilities: Work alongside the broader Facilities Team to maintain a workspace ecosystem rooted in high trust, communication, and flawless cross-functional teamwork.

What You’ll Bring to the Table…

  • Education & Experience: You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in office administration, hospitality, or customer service, demonstrating superior client/customer interaction skills.
  • Bias to Action: You are self-motivated with the ability to demonstrate initiative in a fast-paced environment. You are self-sufficient, able to work independently from start to finish, and capable of following directions and multitasking. You motivate others through setting a positive work example.
  • Attention to Detail: You possess strong attention to detail and impeccable organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Service Oriented: You have a strong customer service and hospitality mindset, driven by a love of people and a passion for creating an amazing employee and guest experience. You consistently deliver service with a professional yet infectious energy.

The base pay range for this position in the 55,000 - 65,000 /year + bonus

Benefits and working arrangements may vary depending on your seniority, location and employment type. The compensation offered will be determined by factors such as relevant qualifications, experience, knowledge and skills. Many of our positions are eligible for additional types of compensation (e.g., commission plans, bonus, etc.) which our Talent Acquisition team will share with you if you interview for the role.
