Develop creative concepts and visual designs in line with Tersane Istanbul’s brand identity and communication strategy.
Design a wide range of marketing and communication materials, including digital advertisements, social media content, brochures, presentations, invitations, signage, and promotional materials.
Create visual assets for campaigns, events, partnerships, activations, and special projects.
Adapt and optimize creative materials for digital platforms, websites, email marketing, and social media channels.
Ensure brand consistency across all visual touchpoints and communication channels.
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Events, Hospitality, Retail, and other internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective design solutions.
Prepare artwork files for production and coordinate with external suppliers, printers, and agencies when required.
Support photography, video, and content production projects through graphic design and creative input.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
Stay up to date with industry trends, design innovations, and emerging creative technologies.

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience.
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, digital design, print design, and marketing communications.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro, motion graphics, or video editing is considered an advantage.
Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual storytelling.
Experience working with brand guidelines and maintaining visual consistency.
Excellent attention to detail and project management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
