ServiceNow Configuration Engineer

This ServiceNow Configuration Engineer will focus on configuring, enhancing, and supporting ServiceNow solutions that enable order orchestration, fulfillment, and customer-facing business processes. The ideal candidate has hands-on ServiceNow configuration experience and understands how customer orders move through the Lead-to-Cash or Order-to-Cash lifecycle.

While candidates with broader ServiceNow development experience may be considered, experience with ServiceNow Order Management (SOM) and related business processes is strongly preferred.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow configuration or development experience
• Experience configuring ServiceNow workflows, Flow Designer, business rules, UI policies, and integrations
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and best practices
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders and translating requirements into solutions
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience with ServiceNow Order Management (SOM)
• Experience supporting Lead-to-Cash, Order-to-Cash, order orchestration, or fulfillment processes
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with CRM, CPQ, ERP, or fulfillment platforms
• Experience with ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM)
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
