This is not a “keep the lights on” strategy role. This is a build, shape, influence and accelerate opportunity.
The Opportunity
As our Chief Strategy Officer, you will be the architect of FleetPartners’ long‑term direction. You’ll partner closely with the CEO, Board and Executive Leadership Team to:
• Define and drive the long‑term vision and strategy across Australia and New Zealand
• Identify and assess new business opportunities, partnerships and innovations that enhance value
• Translate strategy into execution through clear frameworks and governance
• Bring data‑driven insight to investment decisions, partnerships and innovation
This is a role for someone who thrives in complexity and knows how to turn strategy into action.
About You
You demonstrate proven strategic capability, including:
• Deep experience in enterprise strategy, corporate development or transformation
• A track record of shaping and executing strategy in a complex environment
• Exceptional commercial acumen and the ability to challenge, influence and inspire
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and driving clarity
• A collaborative leadership style that brings people on the journey
• A passion for innovation, customer value and future‑focused thinking
