At the heart of this role, you'll bring focus and structure to the team that drives Stake Brazil's growth, identifying, onboarding and collaborating with the affiliates who connect us to millions. Working closely with our social and CRM teams means optimising campaigns, growing the pipeline and turning data into smart, actionable insights. The impact you’ll make:
- Lead the Brazilian affiliate team to deliver on business objectives, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Develop and own the affiliate operating framework, including campaign management, content amplification and process optimisation to support growth.
- Translate leadership goals into actionable tasks, distributing workload and embedding clear processes across the team.
- Manage, mentor and develop team members through regular check-ins, performance reviews and ongoing support.
- Deliver timely, accurate reporting on team progress, campaign performance and overall outcomes to stakeholders.
- Establish processes that enable cross-departmental collaboration, and continuously refine workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Manage day-to-day engagement with partners and affiliates, and analyse campaigns and traffic sources to spot opportunities.
- Stay across the competitive landscape, and identify opportunities for team expansion and hiring to meet evolving goals.
Your track record:
- Minimum 3 years' proven experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing or a related field.
- A proven track record leading and managing a team, bringing structure, hitting targets and driving growth.
- Strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
- A strong background in analysing campaign performance and optimising to meet KPIs.
- Strong data analysis skills, confident working across Excel, AI tools and reporting to turn data into actionable insights.
- A history of managing an affiliate pipeline, identifying opportunities and chasing new partnerships.
- Working knowledge of affiliate or CRM/sales platforms such as NetRefer.
- Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams such as social media and CRM.
- Native or fluent Portuguese speaker, written and spoken.
Bonus points if you also have:
- Direct involvement in managing affiliate programs, including recruitment, onboarding and performance tracking.
- A background working in competitive industries such as crypto or iGaming.
- Open to working across global time zones when needed.
