What's the Role 

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Cook to join our corporate hospitality team in Sydney CBD. 

You will be responsible for preparing and presenting fresh, high-quality meals while supporting daily kitchen operations and maintaining food safety standards. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Prepare and cook menu items to a high standard. 
• Assist with food preparation and service. 
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen. 
• Follow food safety and hygiene procedures. 
• Assist with stock rotation and inventory management. 
• Support catering and function requirements as required. 

About You 

• Relevant cooking qualification or demonstrated experience. 
• Previous experience in a commercial kitchen environment. 
• Strong food preparation and cooking skills. 
• Understanding of food safety requirements. 
• Reliable and able to work effectively within a team. 
• Full unrestricted working rights within Australia.
