Get to Know the Team

GrabAds is bringing to market, first-of-a-kind advertising products. Encompassing both offline & online, you can see our ads platform at work on the outside and inside of vehicles and also in our app and eventually through audience extensions. What you can't see is the data that powers the ads and pretty much everything else at Grab. We're applying our unique data and large, growing user base to offer an advertiser experience that improves outcomes. At the same time, we're creating value for our users, drivers and merchant partners.

Get to Know the Role

You will help Grab build strategic relationships with FMCG partners and develop a revenue stream. As a Client Partner of ACE category, you will own and grow our newest line of business.

You will be working onsite at HCMC office and reporting to the Client Partner Manager.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • You engage with our FMCG partners and build business relationships, listening to their needs, feedback and always stay in close communications.
  • You form full year big scale marketing solutions and initiatives together with our FMCG partners, agencies and merchants to contribute to our users, forming a win-win value exchange model.
  • You drive growth and high Return on investment for our partners - ensuring that they are growing together with Grab.
  • Take a data-driven approach to estimate ROI and KPI analysis for each partner and optimize them for long term success.
  • You will be the main point of contact between the FMCG partners and multiple internal stakeholders
  • You will help create frameworks and tools frequently to keep evolving and manage all parties performance's, in order for knowledge continuity to serve our partners better.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Account Management, Project Management, Digital Media or Business development.
  • Own portfolio of FMCG accounts with minimal involvement from your senior manager.
  • You have a good sense of driving business performance metrics through partnerships.
  • Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects.
  • You are capable of using and analyzing large amounts of data to provide practical insights and comprehensive solutions.
  • You have interpersonal skills and trust-building ability.
  • Stakeholders management and influencing.
