What you’ll do (and why you’ll love doing it)

  • Make what you want: Earn base salary and commission compensation that benefits that you control by closing pre-set appointments (typical average of $50,000 - $60,000/annually with no earning cap). Your income is uncapped so the effort you put in relates directly to your income growth!
  • Work/life balance and security: Receive health, dental and vision benefits, as well as clear coaching and performance guidelines so you can succeed in both life and work
  • Capitalize on our support: Lead generation programs and strategic marketing programs provided at no cost –  you’ll be representing one of our premier funeral home partners in qualified meetings with clients that typically last 60-90 mins

  • Life insurance license or ability to obtain one
  • Strong relationship development and communication skills
  • Ability to sell effectively over the phone and in-person
  • Empathetic, caring, and compassionate mindset with a strong work ethic
