Job Description
The Sales Enablement Manager by partnering closely with our leaders and teams in sales, product and marketing, will be responsible for driving and delivering our sales growth strategy, project manager sales initiatives and product roll outs providing our sales team with the training and tools they need to hit our growth goals. You will also act as the go-to person for identifying and executing improvements to sales training, processes, and strategy. Ultimately this role will be responsible for increasing the capability and effectiveness of our Sales teams and delivering improved customer and commercial outcomes.
- Own the outcomes of sales initiatives and product changes continually measuring the plans business impact
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product, to ensure sales teams have the most up-to-date and relevant information about our products and solutions
- Continuously seek out opportunities to improve sales initiatives and product changes plans and sales enablement processes
- Use performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the sales team
- Develop and implement sales enablement programs and initiatives to improve sales productivity and effectiveness.
- Conduct training sessions for sales teams to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
Qualifications
- Strong background in sales enablement in a B2B SaaS environment
- Experience delivering both product training (new releases, GTM launches) and sales skills training (methodology, process, performance).
- Proven track record working closely with Product and Marketing to build collateral and drive go-to-market readiness.
- Experience enabling external partners or channel sales teams, not just internal sellers.
- Comfortable working across mid-market, enterprise, and channel at the same time.
- Strong communicator and facilitator. You can simplify complex topics and keep a room engaged.
- Organized and self-directed. You manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders without needing day-to-day direction.
