As a Growth Specialist, you will:
- Build Netguru's brand visibility in video - own Netguru's short-form video presence on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, from concept to publish
- Turn our case studies, team expertise, and technical topics into content people actually watch
- Use AI tools (eg. Runway, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, CapCut AI) as a core part of your production workflow - not as a bonus
- Work closely with marketing, brand, and growth to make video pull its weight in the funnel
Salary range:
Poland & EU: PLN 6,600 - 11,000 (B2B contract) + 20 paid days off
Poland: PLN 5,500 - 9,500 (Contract of Employment).
Requirements
What we're looking for:
- 2+ years creating and editing short-form video, with a portfolio that shows real growth on at least one channel
- Comfortable on camera — you've filmed yourself before and it doesn't show
- Proficient in tools like CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, or After Effects; you don't need a production team to ship polished content
- Hands-on with AI video tools — generative video, AI editing, synthetic voiceover
- Organized enough to manage your own workload, deadlines, and a small budget
- Fluent in Polish and English
Nice to have:
- Experience making B2B or tech content feel human and watchable
- Motion graphics basics
- Podcast or webinar video production and repurposing
- Any relevant certification (eg. HubSpot Content Marketing)
