Job Description
As the General Manager in the AI space, you will play a critical role in shaping and embedding MedHealth’s AI capability as part of our broader Technology and Divisional strategy. This role is responsible for driving the successful delivery of AI initiatives across the division, ensuring they are business-led, value-driven, and implemented in a safe, governed, and scalable way.
You will work closely with both business and technology teams to accelerate value delivery, build sustainable capability, and support the establishment of a new AI Practice across the group.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead and deliver AI initiatives that drive measurable business value
- Prioritise AI use cases aligned with divisional and technology strategy
- Own rollout planning, pilot criteria, and benefits realisation
- Bridge business and technology to ensure scalable, practical, and secure solutions
- Build AI capability by coaching teams and embedding AI into everyday workflows
Qualifications
What you can bring to role is:
- A deep understanding of divisional operations
- Strong business leadership with a passion for simplification and innovation
- Curious about AI and technology and able to translate potential into outcomes
- Experience leading the execution of significant projects or programs, including:
- End-to-end delivery
- Working across multiple stakeholders and teams
- Translating strategy into practical outcomes
- Being comfortable working with ambiguity and shaping something new
- Having credibility to influence senior stakeholders and frontline teams alike
