Job Description
We are currently seeking a Lead Data Modelling professional to join our team in Germany, responsible for overseeing data modeling activities and ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of data modelers, providing guidance, coaching, and performance oversight
- Define team priorities, allocate tasks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones
- Act as the primary point of contact for the customer and key business stakeholders for the data modeling team
- Facilitate workshops for requirements gathering and prioritization
- Translate business requirements into data modeling solutions and ensure alignment with expectations
- Provide regular reporting on team progress, risks, and dependencies

- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong understanding of data governance, quality, and lifecycle management
- Expertise in data modeling and data architectures
- Experience leading and managing teams of data professionals
- Experience in delivering data-driven projects in complex environments
- Fluency in German and English are a must
