Fractional Growth Lead - GTM Experiments
Reflow
Posted about 4 hours ago
We’re building Reflow, a workforce and workflow intelligence platform that helps teams understand and improve how work gets done. Partners light up after the first demo; now we need someone who can turn that spark into repeatable growth. You’ll own Reflow’s go-to-market engine: Strategy, execution, and everything in between.
What you’ll do
Problem: They're searching for a repeatable GTM motion to bring their product to enterprise buyers, and are looking to run as many experiments as possible to find it.
Specifically, you'll:
Run rapid experiments across different combinations of ICP, messaging, and channel
Run some tests yourself end-to-end, and for others rely on their outside agency partners to execute. Their agencies handle:
Cold calling
Email outbound
Linkedin outbound
Help them bring on additional growth and agency partners to do more parallel experimentation
Analyze test results across calls, CRM data, and lead lists to identify what's working and not
Work directly with the founder to shape and prioritize the testing roadmap
Who you are
Been a growth "hacker", or other similar experiment-focused growth leader, that can devise, run, and measure experiments rapidly
A product marketing skillset that can identify the right ICP, messaging, and channel combos
Experience in early-stage, VC-backed B2B startups that sold to mid-market and enterprise buyers
Highly analytical and data-oriented
Comfortable working on an hourly basis (not retainer), tracking your hours, and moving with efficiency
Nice-to-haves:
Former founder
Experience handling outreach execution yourself vs. relying on others
Worked with highly technical or data-heavy enterprise products
Why join
Be a founding GTM hire at Reflow, building the foundation for how we grow, learn, and sell.
Work directly with the founder, influence product and market direction, and have ownership over every step of our customer journey.
Compensation:
We offer competitive pay based on the market and where you’re located. The salary ranges in our job postings are intentionally wide because they need to cover both U.S. and international candidates. Our final offer will depend on things like your experience, skill set, and location.
