Executive Assistant

🚀 We’re hiring an Executive Assistant (On-site \u007C hashtag#Honduras) We’re looking for a highly intelligent, proactive, and tech-savvy Executive Assistant to support a senior partner in a fast-paced, high-performance law firm environment. This is not your average EA role — this position is critical in driving efficiency, decision-making, and day-to-day execution at a senior level. You’ll be working closely with leadership, managing priorities in real time, and ensuring everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes. 📍 Location: Tegucigalpa or San Pedro Sula (On-site) 🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday \u007C 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (PST) ⚠️ Flexibility is key (executive travel & changing priorities) ✨ What you’ll be doing: • Managing complex, ever-changing calendars across multiple time zones • Coordinating domestic & international travel (flights, hotels, itineraries) • Acting as a gatekeeper for executive communications • Executing tasks quickly from brief, high-level instructions • Preparing presentations, reports, and professional documents • Tracking priorities, projects, and follow-ups across multiple workstreams • Supporting internal coordination and occasional client interactions • Handling sensitive information with absolute discretion • Identifying ways to improve processes using AI and productivity tools • Anticipating needs and solving problems before they arise ✅ What we’re looking for: • Advanced English (C1–C2) — strong written & verbal communication • 3–5 years of Executive Assistant (or similar) experience • Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-demand environments • Strong critical thinking and ability to execute independently • Exceptional organization, prioritization, and time management • High level of professionalism and discretion • Experience supporting busy, travel-heavy executives (highly preferred) 💡 This role is perfect for someone who: • Thinks ahead instead of waiting for instructions • Moves fast and adapts quickly • Is highly detail-oriented but also strategic • Loves optimizing processes with technology and AI • Can handle pressure while maintaining a polished, professional presence
