The Client Delivery Lead is a pivotal strategic leader, responsible for driving the flawless execution of campaigns and product deliveries post-sale. As the orchestrator of portfolio delivery operations, this role ensures that every aspect of the client experience is seamless, efficient, and aligned with both customer expectations and internal standards. The Client Delivery Lead serves as the tactical expert and trusted advisor for their group of portfolio clients, providing leadership, guidance, and innovative solutions to elevate delivery outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive delivery strategy that ensures campaigns and product deliveries are seamless and efficient.
    • Act as the architect of delivery operations, overseeing processes from initiation to final integration across global accounts.
  • Client Advocacy and Relationship Management:
    • Serve as the primary tactical expert and trusted advisor for portfolio clients, ensuring their needs are met with precision and care.
    • Build deep, meaningful relationships with clients by understanding their goals, KPIs, and operational priorities.
    • Represent the delivery team in client meetings, providing expertise and fostering trust.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Monitor delivery progress, campaign milestones, and integration timelines to ensure flawless execution.
    • Identify and implement operational efficiencies within the POD to streamline workflows and enhance outcomes.
    • Proactively address delivery metrics, open tasks, and unresolved issues, ensuring timely communication with Client Success teams.
  • Project Management and Execution:
    • Oversee the collection of campaign deliverables and manage the launch of campaigns and product deliveries with precision.
    • Ensure adherence to deadlines, internal standards, and client expectations while maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
    • Troubleshoot delivery challenges and provide innovative solutions to overcome obstacles.
  • Team Empowerment and Collaboration:
    • Empower the Client Delivery team to make creative decisions that drive client satisfaction and operational success.
    • Partner closely with Sales to align on account strategies, ensuring a balanced approach that meets both client and organizational goals.
    • Advocate for the team’s authority in client discussions, fostering collaboration and mutual respect.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in managing delivery processes, preferably in media or delivery product industries.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving, decision-making, and driving results.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in data management tools and computer applications.
  • B.A. or B.S. degree required.
  • Experience in sales and client management, preferably in the advertising and agency marketplace.
  • Familiarity with campaign monitoring tools and reporting systems is a plus.

The salary range for this role is $75,000- $85,000 based on experience.
