This role is based in either San Francisco, Sunnyvale, Mountain View, New York or Chicago.
The Ventures Product Marketing team sits within the LinkedIn Talent Solutions Product Marketing organization and works to validate and incubate venture bet ideas for the business. The team runs core validations and early stage charters in partnership with Senior stakeholders across R&D, Sales and Marketing leadership.
We're looking for a Sr. Product Marketing Manager to join our Marketing organization and help shape how LinkedIn brings its most innovative, AI-driven products to market for customers around the world. In this role, you'll lead end-to-end product validations across the portfolio, influencing product roadmap, and shaping positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans. You’ll partner across Product Management, Product Marketing, Go-to-Market Enablement, Sales, and Marketing to validate early stage ideas to help ground decisions in customer and market insight to drive measurable business impact. This is a high-impact role for a senior product marketer who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution, leads confidently through cross-functional influence, and is energized by the opportunity to define how millions of professionals and businesses experience the next generation of LinkedIn products.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Market Validations, Charters and GTM for new venture bet products ideas across the LinkedIn Talent Solutions business
- Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategy for AI-driven and other innovative products across Sales, Marketing, and Go-to-Market Enablement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape product launch strategy, develop the product roadmap priorities, and ensure effective, coordinated market launches.
- Define and deliver sales narratives, pitch strategy, and enablement content, including presentations that clearly and visually communicate product value"
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive cross-team alignment and achieve organizational goals.
- Continuously evolve the product launch program to improve quality, speed, and scalability, leveraging AI to streamline workflows, enhance content development, and track and improve program effectiveness
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field or equivalent experience AND minimum 10 years of experience in product marketing, go-to market and/or sales enablement
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with launching or driving a new business opportunity from zero-to-one
- 3+ years of experience in the HR technology ecosystem, ideally across learning and development, talent marketplaces, HCM platforms, LMS providers, or enterprise content platforms
- Led multi-product launch programs in an enterprise technology environment with cross-functional coordination.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced and demanding environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritize time and resources based on business impact
- Verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to concisely distill complex technical information into digestible, compelling narratives to effectively present ideas
- Knack for visual communication, able to bring a compelling story, being nimble and self-sufficient with deck design.

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The pay range for this role is $149,000 to $233,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
