The role
Nebius is looking for a Corporate Development Manager who will be responsible for driving Nebius’s inorganic growth strategy through mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investments. This role will proactively identify, evaluate, and execute high-potential M&A opportunities, working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will bring a strong deal-making background, preferably from private equity, investment banking, or corporate M&A, and will play a pivotal role in shaping our growth trajectory.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Build and maintain a strong M&A pipeline aligned with strategic business priorities.
- Proactively search for and identify potential acquisition targets across target markets.
- Qualify inbound M&A opportunities and assess strategic fit.
- Conduct market mapping, company profiling, and financial/strategic analysis of prospects.
- Lead the due diligence process in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop financial models, business cases, and investment proposals for decision-making.
- Drive deal execution from sourcing to closing, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the investment community, including private equity firms, advisors, and industry contacts.
- Support post-merger integration planning in partnership with relevant teams.
We expect you to have:
- 7+ years of experience in M&A, private equity, investment banking, or corporate development.
- Proven track record in sourcing, evaluating, and executing transactions.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in an international, fast-paced environment.
It will be an added bonus if you have:
- Sector experience in AI, technology, software, or related industries.
- Familiarity with the broader European, and US investment ecosystems.
- Fluency in additional European languages.
