Our Interns Make a Difference

Within our Dutch consumer and manufacturing team we are looking for an intern who is eager to explore how we can use AI to accelerate the digital transformation of our global customers. In the highly dynamic environment we operate in, we want to stay ahead of the curve and support our clients with the latest technologies to enhance their transformation programs.

The future of manufacturing is autonomous which does put an increasing demand on the digital transformation at our clients. We support these transformations by guiding our clients establishing a future proof application landscape, a solid data architecture, and strengthen the operations with digital and AI solutions.

To be able to cope with the increasing speed of transformation we need as consultancy to transform the way we deliver our services as well. We need to use AI to accelerate the way we work and provide our clients with faster and better services. This includes AI to shape the future operating model of our clients, AI to gather requirements towards enabling IT, and AI to detail the demand towards system integrators to enable them to deliver faster.

We seek an intern who can support us in identification of the areas in which we can make better use of AI, select the related AI solutions to use, and test these solutions to generate the required outcome for our projects. This work will introduce you in the core of our consultancy programs and will position you uniquely towards the use of AI to strengthen the consultancy business.

About You  

We’re looking for students who are:  

• Analytically strong and able to deliver practical results 
• Interested in the consumer and manufacturing sector, operating model design, and digital transformation
• Having a good understanding of AI tooling
• Flexible in their thinking and way of working   
• Curious and want to broaden their understanding of the world   
• Excellent communicators, both written and verbally 
• Relationship builder with both client and peers

Qualifications

• Pursuing a master’s degree, with excellent grades and relevant extracurricular activities
• Proficient in English language, with Dutch being a pre

The Offer  

• A full-time immersive internship experience for 4 to 6 months, with supervision from our industry experts.
• Preferred start date: September 1st 2026
• The opportunity to collaborate with our team on meaningful projects
• A brand-new office in central Utrecht, with opportunities for flexible / hybrid working  
• Mentoring and support by our Early Careers team and a dedicated supervisor(s)
• A competitive internship allowance
