Job Description

The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment or human resources, along with deep knowledge of the sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring processes. We are seeking someone who is passionate about discovering untapped talent, driving company growth, and helping people develop successful careers.
Qualifications
• Must have experience organizing / conducting skills assessment activities
• Must have experience working with post-offer service providers (physical/drug screen, background checks, etc.)
• Must have intermediate to advanced experience conducting diverse types of interviews (structured, competency-based, phone, web, etc.)
• Must have experience and solid exposure to recruiting and sourcing program management and execution
• Must have experience monitoring social media trends and suggesting innovative ways to showcase open positions
• Must have experience working with community colleges and universities for recruiting purposes
• Experience with prioritizing, multi-tasking, and problem-solving in a deadline-oriented environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
• Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside candidates
• Ability to work autonomously and under pressure to meet constant deadlines
• Ability to remain objective and non-reactive when handling emotional issues
• Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
• Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc.)
• Experience with a high volume of tasks and requests
• Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems
• Hands-on experience with recruiting web sites and data bases
WHAT WILL PUT YOU AHEAD
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field or relevant work experience.
