WHAT WE NEED
- Active NETA Certification with 5+ years of LV/MV electrical testing and maintenance experience
- Proficiency in core testing procedures, including insulation resistance, breaker timing, hi-pot, relay testing, and thermographic surveys
- Working knowledge of NFPA 70E, NFPA 70B, NETA MTS, and NEC
- Experience leading field crews with direct responsibility for safety and work quality

- A sharp eye for deficiencies and the ability to document findings clearly for client delivery
- A safety-first mindset with high standards for yourself and your team
- Comfort working in critical environments such as data centers, healthcare facilities, and industrial sites
