Requirements

Qualifications:

• Education: MD/DO from an accredited institution
• Licensure: Active NY medical license
• Experience:
• Board Certified/Eligible

• Technical Skills: eClinicalWorks EMR proficiency
• Soft Skills:
• Patient-centered communication
• Collaborative care coordination
