Today we are looking for an HCP Engagement Ambassador with English/German/Dutch/French/Ukrainian to act as the primary point of contact for Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), Healthcare Organizations (HCOs), and internal stakeholders across the entire engagement lifecycle. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a service‑oriented mindset, and the ability to navigate a compliance‑driven environment while ensuring a smooth, positive experience for all parties involved.

YOU WILL

  • Handle inquiries related to onboarding, activities, contracts, travel, invoicing, and payments.
  • Route requests to specialist teams (contracting, payments, ToV, etc.) and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
  • Support offline contract execution and coordinate simple redlines with Legal.
  • Coordinate travel requests and communicate arrangements for non‑cross‑border engagements.
  • Provide guidance and support for post‑engagement questions, including payments and ToV‑related clarifications.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure all interactions comply with internal policies and industry regulations.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in HCP engagement, customer service, or coordination roles within healthcare or pharma.
  • Good understanding of the HCP compliance environment and basic transparency/anti‑kickback principles.
  • Strong communication skills and a “white glove” service mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
  • Fluency in English and German/Dutch/French/Ukrainian.
  • Proactive, empathetic approach and readiness to work in a dynamic, international environment.
