You Are:
A motivated and inquisitive developer with a strong background in Full Stack Development using Java, Spring Boot, HTML, and either Angular or React. You are driven by curiosity, explore how new technologies can be applied to solve challenging business problems, and use your skills to deliver innovative solutions that help our federal clients improve the services they provide. You thrive in a collaborative, creative, and productive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design high‑performance services, optimizing JVM‑based workloads, and establishing engineering patterns that ensure reliability, maintainability, and scalability.
- Implementing Java solutions across distributed systems.
- Collaborate with architects, security engineers, and product stakeholders to translate complex requirements into high‑value solutions.
- Anticipate system‑level impacts, champion secure coding standards, and ensure that the Java ecosystem remains robust, extensible, and aligned with organizational objectives.
Here's what you need:
- 12+ years of experience implementing SWE solutions across distributed systems
- Experience with Spring and Jakarta
- Experience working in a DevSecOps environment; tools such as Jenkins and Ansible in CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with Automated testing
Eligibility requirements:
- US Citizen (no dual citizenship)
- Active TS/SCI clearance
As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland is:
$116,900—$243,100 USD
