Job Description
We are looking for talented DevOps Engineers to join Electronic Equities team to work on a leading ultra-low latency algorithmic trading platform. The platform is built on top of the best available hardware and network solutions as well as state-of-the-art software technologies including: direct access to network cards to bypass the standard TCP/IP stack, explicit assignment of application threads to physical processors to achieve the top performance. The role includes ownership of infrastructure design and solutions as a part of a global joined IT/business team. Location is Lisbon based but will work with colleagues in all main locations globally.
Main Tasks:
- DevOps / Infrastructure development and maintenance of eTrading platform modules, components and utilities
- Be responsible for the SDLC pipeline, work on CI/CD improvements, including data migration from one tool to another
- Work on the application infrastructure configuration automation
- Support application landscape: Hardware (Virtual / Bare Metal), Network troubleshooting in close collaboration with Production Support teams
- Working with global engineering, business and support teams to deliver better platform and services to our clients
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of SRE/DevOps experience
- SDLC tool set – git, TeamCity, Jenkins, maven, gradle, Artifactory
- Linux/UNIX, OS fundamentals, TCP/IP stack
- Experience in agile development methodologies and team collaboration
- Enterprise monitoring and observability tools – ITRS Geneos, Prometheus, Grafana
