Job Description
We are looking for a Cyber Cost Analyst to join our international cybersecurity organization.
This role plays a key part in monitoring, analyzing, and reporting cyber costs across multiple entities globally, supporting strategic decision-making and ensuring alignment with cybersecurity objectives.
You will work closely with CISOs, Finance, and senior stakeholders in a dynamic and international environment.
Main Responsibilities
Cyber Cost Monitoring & Reporting
- Plan and coordinate the monthly cyber cost collection process across approximately 30 entities (Head Office and international subsidiaries).
- Collect and consolidate cyber costs (Run & Change, current and forecasted) across different cybersecurity domains.
- Ensure data consistency and quality, challenging figures when necessary through:
- Historical comparisons
- Cross-analysis between cost categories
- Produce and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports, providing:
- Global, regional, and local views
- Breakdown by cyber topics and cost types
- Regularly communicate results to key stakeholders, including:
- Global and Regional CISOs
- Finance & Cost Control
- Head of P&PM
- Identify cost deviations and inconsistencies, raising alerts and contributing to impact analysis to anticipate risks and ensure delivery of cyber objectives.
Cyber Action Plans Follow-up
- Monitor the execution of specific cybersecurity action plans across regions and subsidiaries.
- Develop and share progress tracking reports via Power BI.
- Support stakeholders in ensuring timely and effective execution of initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in cost monitoring, financial tracking, or project controlling
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI (mandatory)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and structured approach
- Ability to work autonomously and proactively
Essential:
- Fluent in English
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant role

- Risk identification and follow-up
- Coordination and stakeholder management
- Critical and logical thinking
- Synthesis and summarization
- Proactive, committed, and able to explain complex concepts clearly
Nice to have:
