As a graduate in the marketing department, you will contribute to important projects across the different disciplines of marketing. In a truly global organisation, we provide you with a unique opportunity to learn from different functions and build a holistic understanding of modern marketing. Over the course of the program, you will take part in several rotations where you’ll work as part of our teams. You may be supporting regional marketing & events, communications & content marketing as well as digital marketing. You’ll build a range of skills that will help you thrive and let you discover where your unique personal strengths lie.
As part of Checkout.com’s #NextGen Graduate Program, you’ll work alongside experienced professionals, gaining hands-on experience and a comprehensive introduction to digital payments and technology. The program offers an extensive learning experience through technical training, professional development workshops, and direct access to industry experts. You'll be part of a global Early Careers, Graduate community, with regular networking events, mentoring opportunities, and social activities designed to build connections and accelerate your growth and leadership potential. By the end of the scheme, you’ll be equipped with the knowledge, experience, and confidence to make a lasting impact at Checkout.com and beyond.

How you’ll make an impact
Create compelling content for publication across multiple platforms and channels
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring our marketing campaigns to life
Gather information on clients, target accounts and market trends through your own researcher dialogue with our experts
Create memorable experiences for our customers by contributing to the successful setup and execution of our events
What we’re looking for
You’re a curious, motivated, and innovative future marketer, either due to graduate in summer 2026 or having graduated within the last 12 months, who is excited to dive into the world of digital payments.
Here’s what you’ll bring to the team:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Enthusiasm for working in agile environments and appetite to learn
Highly organised individual with an appetite to take on responsibility
Proficient in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus
Payments or financial knowledge is a bonus, but not required
