We are seeking a diligent and investigative-minded professional to focus primarily on our aged creditors portfolio. This role requires a high level of critical thinking to analyze bookings and determine appropriate financial treatments, such as identifying due refunds or processing profit write-ups. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset and the ability to investigate complex discrepancies thoroughly.
This position involves significant data manipulation and professional communication. The candidate will be responsible for managing large datasets using Excel—specifically utilizing Pivot Tables and lookups—to drive decision-making. Additionally, they will manage regular correspondence with both internal and external stakeholders, such as coordinating with hotel partners to verify travel status and cancellation details.
A key part of this role is the ability to bridge standard AP/AR skillsets with advanced data handling and investigative rigor. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professional communication skills, a proactive approach to resolving long-standing issues, and the technical proficiency necessary to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our client’s creditor records.
### Your Main Responsibilities
Support the end-to-end process of handling and processing high-volume financial transactions in an accurate and timely manner.Communicate effectively with international stakeholders, in written and verbal, by providing clear and professional information and resolving inquiries.Prepare and deliver regular financial reports, including reconciliations, to support accurate records and month-end activities.Investigate and resolve discrepancies by identifying issues and following through with appropriate solutions.Maintain proper documentation, follow internal controls, and contribute ideas for improving efficiency.Collaborate with fellow associates, share knowledge, and escalate issues when necessary.
