Job Description

  • Provide quality customer service to Child Care clients and co workers
  • Serve as a support for the Child Care Supervisors
  • Participate in the training and development of the Child Care Advisors 
  • Act as a peer support to Child Care Advisors
  • Manage cases for other employees and employees relatives
  • Complete reports (Early Term)
  • Resolve client concerns (face to face, phone or email)
  • Complete referred customer contacts and provide a update
  • Participate in the facilitation of all staff meetings
  • May serve as the Appeals 
  • Accept and coordinate referrals for child care from authorized referral sources
  • Provide informational support/instruction to parents as needed
  • Refer suspected fraud or misuse to the Child Care Services 
  • Participate in outreach initiatives
  • Complete Company Academy trainings, as assigned
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university and/or two years full-time experience in child development, child care licensing, or social service work 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated customer service  and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with the communities being served, with knowledge and understanding of local needs and resources
  • Use of personal vehicle may be required, if so, must have a current valid Drivers License with Good Driving Record and valid auto insurance
