What are you going to do?

As a Team Member Front Office, you are the first and last point of contact for our guests at Novotel Amsterdam City. We believe you deliver your best service when you can truly be yourself, and we encourage you to bring your personality to every interaction. You ensure a smooth check‑in and check‑out experience and assist guests with any questions or requests they may have. You will also handle general administrative tasks within the Front Office department. And of course, you won’t do this alone, you’ll be part of a supportive and enthusiastic team.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing team member who is available for a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 5 days per week. You have a true passion for hospitality, enjoy working in a team, are flexible, and have a strong eye for detail. Besides this you have;

  • Preferably, previous experience in Front Office;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent knowledge of the English language;
  • Experience with PMS Opera / Opera Cloud or with similar systems.
