Our mission is to deliver reliable, efficient verification services that help institutions and employers make informed decisions with confidence.

About the Role

As a Field Executive, you will serve as the on-ground arm of the Verification & Service Delivery team. Your primary mission is to resolve stalled and unresponsive verification cases by conducting direct visits to universities and educational institutions. You will engage with the right stakeholders, identify the root causes of delays, and drive each case toward a clear, actionable outcome. • Apply structured follow-up and escalation techniques to overcome delays and secure timely action
  • Build and maintain strong, professional working relationships with key institutional stakeholders, including registry offices, records departments, and faculty administrators
  • Secure verifiable commitments on next steps and expected completion timelines from institutional contacts
  • Provide detailed, accurate visit reports that document case status, bottlenecks encountered, actions taken, and recommended next steps
  • Capture and submit supporting evidence, documentation, and key contact information for each case
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to prioritise high-impact cases and optimise visit efficiency

  • Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to establish trust quickly
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce clear, comprehensive reports
  • Proven problem-solving ability with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
