Job Description
Are you studying Business Administration, Marketing, or a comparable course of study and are you greatly interested in taking a look behind the scenes in collaboration with the world's best-known and largest sports brands and supporting our Brand Product Development Team? Then you've come to the right place!
In this position, you will be the organizational support for our Brand Product Development (BDP) team. Your main task is to support our Brand Product Developers in their day-to-day operations. You will accompany the product development process from the first idea to final implementation, gaining valuable insights into a global work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support in the Product Development Process: You assist with the administrative process - from the initial customer briefing and the creation of artworks to the final sample (sampling) and approval.
Data and System Maintenance: You maintain product specifications (e.g., for heat transfers, woven labels, printed fabrics) and update the status of projects in our databases/systems.
Calculation & Pricing: You support the preparation of global price proposals by researching data, preparing tables, and maintaining calculation templates.
Coordination & Communication: You handle written correspondence and scheduling with our worldwide Global Product Deployment (GPD) Hubs and follow up on open tasks.
Sample Management: You support digital and physical sampling initiatives, manage sample collections, and handle shipping to customers or internal teams.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Approximately 15–20 hours of time, alongside your ongoing studies, preferably in Marketing / Business Administration.
Very good English skills (written and spoken).
You work in a structured, detail-oriented manner and do not lose track even with several tasks running in parallel.
You are reliable, communicative, and enjoy providing support to others.
