Opportunity
Join the award-winning BrainStorm team and contribute to the Client Success team, pivotal in creating transformative customer experiences through the BrainStorm Adoption Platform. Interns play a key role in identifying opportunities to increase efficiency within our client success processes. While no specific expertise is required, familiarity with AI tools is advantageous.

### As a Client Success Intern, you will:
Have the opportunity to refine customer success processes and implement best practices
Identify areas where AI and automation can replace repetitive tasks currently handled by our CS team
Help develop and implement scalable solutions that deliver a great customer experience
Improve the quality and accuracy of our offerings
Ensure BrainStorm's customers are receiving the information they need to get value from the platform

Seeking 20-40 hr. per week internships for the summer, and 20 hr. during the Fall semester. The position is available in the American Fork, UT office.
