Jr. Document Controller Engineer

T.H.E Architects, Planners & Engineers is currently looking for a Document Controller to join our growing site team.

As a multidisciplinary consultancy, we deliver innovative architectural and engineering solutions across a wide range of projects, and our Document Controllers play a vital role in ensuring project documentation is managed efficiently and professionally.

What You'll Do:

• Manage, organize, and maintain project documentation and records.
• Ensure all incoming and outgoing documents are properly logged, tracked, and distributed.
• Maintain up-to-date document control registers and filing systems.
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders regarding document submissions and approvals.
• Ensure document revisions are accurately recorded and controlled.
• Support site teams by providing timely access to project documents, drawings, and reports.
• Assist in preparing project reports and documentation packages when required.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates to 2 years of experience in Document Control, Administration, Architecture, or Civil Engineering projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Positive attitude, accountability, and willingness to learn.
