Construction Supervisor

The Construction Supervisor at Nawy Real Estate is responsible for overseeing daily construction activities on site to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role involves supervising construction workers, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise on-site construction activities and ensure that work progresses according to project plans and specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to address any issues or delays.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies on the construction site.
• Monitor the quality of workmanship and materials used, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Manage daily site reports, including progress updates, safety incidents, and resource utilization.
• Resolve on-site problems promptly to minimize disruption and delay.
• Assist in scheduling labor and material deliveries to ensure timely execution of tasks.
• Ensure that all work is carried out according to contract specifications and within budget.
• Promote a culture of safety awareness among all site personnel.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in construction supervision or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety standards, and quality control.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Proficient in reading blueprints and construction drawings.
