Job Description
- You will actively build brand awareness and drive direct sourcing from top Chinese brands and manufacturers
- You'll be responsible for daily content operations to build our digital presence, while also assisting with lead generation, lead review, and proactive seller hunting
- Act as the primary bridge between Chinese sellers and our compliance/KYC teams to resolve daily blockers, while continuously sharing feedback to optimize and improve the overall onboarding process
- Manage diverse seller portfolios by providing deep, strategic account management for top Key Accounts, while simultaneously implementing scalable support and retention strategies for our long-tail sellers
- Serve as the first point of contact for daily seller communications and problem-solving. This includes conducting educational training sessions together with local partners, maintaining the onboarding pipeline within the Seller Center, and handling critical operational tasks such as market research, data analysis, and invoicing
Qualifications
- Strong university degree in Business Administration, Sales, Management, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management, specifically working with the Chinese market and/or Chinese partners.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex topics clearly
- Confident negotiator with a solution-oriented mindset
- Native-level proficiency or full professional fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken)
- Excellent written and spoken English
