Customer Service & Route Driver / Junk Removal Specialist

We are seeking energetic, customer-focused team members to join a growing service organization specializing in residential and commercial property cleanouts, junk removal, and hauling services.

This is much more than a driving or labor position. What You'll Do

• Provide exceptional customer service on every job

• Safely operate company vehicles throughout the Greater Dallas area

• Remove and haul away furniture, household items, appliances, and miscellaneous materials from residential and commercial properties

• Present services professionally and identify additional customer needs

• Generate revenue through excellent customer interactions and service recommendations

• Load, unload, sort, and transport materials safely and efficiently

• Work closely with team members to complete jobs on schedule

• Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance at all times

• Utilize smartphone applications for scheduling, navigation, and communication

• Assist with basic administrative and operational responsibilities as needed

Qualifications Required

• Valid Driver's License

• Minimum age of 21 years old (insurance requirement)

• 4+ years of safe, violation-free, accident-free driving history

• Ability to lift and carry 50-100 pounds repeatedly throughout the day

• Ability to work flexible weekday and weekend schedules

• Familiarity with navigating throughout the Greater Dallas area

Preferred

• Customer service experience

• Sales experience

• Moving, delivery, logistics, or route-driving experience

• Experience driving small box trucks or commercial vehicles

• Experience handling furniture and large household items

CDL is NOT required.

Compensation

Compensation ranges from $18.00 - $25.00+ per hour and includes multiple earning opportunities:
