he Group HRIS Change Project Manager drives engagement, training, and adoption activities for a multi country HRIS deployment. The role focuses on delivering clear, engaging messaging, creating effective training materials, and coordinating multi-channel campaigns. It also involves tracking KPIs, monitoring change activities, and ensuring alignment with project milestones.  

Join us at the heart of a strategic HR transformation program, where you will contribute to meaningful change across the organization. You’ll work in a dynamic, collaborative, and international environment, gaining valuable exposure while making a tangible impact on employee experience and overall organizational effectiveness. This role will report to the Group HR Project Manager. 

Internal Communication 

  • Develop and manage a comprehensive communication plan 

  • Create clear, engaging messaging tailored to different audiences (HR teams, managers, employees) 

  • Coordinate communication campaigns across multiple channels (email, intranet, webinars, events) 

  • Track and measure communication effectiveness 

Learning Enablement 

  • Create engaging learning content such as:  

  • Training agendas and session plans 

  • User guides and process documentation 

  • Quick reference cards / job aids 

  • Stakeholder-specific training materials 

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy 

  • Co facilitate workshops and training sessions 

Project Coordination & Reporting 

  • Monitor change and communication activities across the project 

  • Track KPIs related to adoption, engagement, and training effectiveness 

  • Provide regular updates to project governance and leadership 

  • Ensure alignment between HRIS project milestones and change activities 

Qualifications

Technical Competencies  

  • Strong understanding of change management principles (ADKAR, Prosci, etc.) 

  • Familiarity with communication and content creation tools and channels (PowerPoint, SharePoint/Intranet, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Mailchimp etc.) 

  • Ability to translate complex processes into clear, user-friendly content (guides, training cards, tutorials) 

  • Basic knowledge of data tracking and reporting (KPIs) 

  • Bilingual French & English (oral and written) 

 

Practical Skills 

  • Support the development of communication plans and materials 

  • Draft clear and engaging content for different audiences 

  • Coordinate tasks and follow up on project activities 

  • Contribute to monitoring adoption and engagement metrics 

  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail 

 

Soft Skills 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 

  • Curious and eager to learn in a transformation environment 

  • Collaborative with a team-oriented mindset 

  • Proactive and adaptable 

  • Interest in HR, communication, and change topics

  • Bac+4/5 in Change or Project Management, Internal Communications or equivalent 

  • Experience in HRIS implementations, creating training materials and communication strategies or similar 

  • Experience in an international environment and matrix organisation
