The role involves collaborating with IT teams and business stakeholders to strengthen Oracle database security frameworks and control mechanisms.
Requirements
Key qualifications and skills:
- Proven experience with Oracle database security and access controls.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Database architecture and security features.
- Experience implementing and managing Oracle security policies, roles, and privileges.
- Knowledge of compliance requirements related to Oracle systems, such as SOX, GDPR, or similar regulations.
- Familiarity with auditing tools and techniques for Oracle databases.
- Ability to identify security risks and design effective mitigation strategies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in a contract or consultancy role is a plus.
