As our Guest Support Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring UPSTREET's guests have an exceptional experience during their stay, responding to inquiries and offering solutions to any issues that arise. With your proven track record of customer service excellence, you will provide personalized support and build positive relationships with our clients.
Responsibilities
- Be the primary point of contact for guests via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
- Resolve guest concerns efficiently, from minor inconveniences to urgent matters.
- Coordinate with maintenance, security, or emergency services as needed.
- Document and escalate key issues to the daytime operations team.
- Ensure a safe, comfortable, and hassle-free stay for all guests.
- Work closely with the broader UPSTREET team to continuously improve guest experiences.
Requirements
- Recent university graduates and senior students in relevant fields.
- 1+ years of experience in customer support or hospitality is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Strong communication capabilities, fluent in English; additional languages are a bonus.
- Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment with a genuine willingness to assist guests.
- Tech-savvy nature with the ability to troubleshoot minor issues.
- Availability to work overnight shifts and some weekends, based on a rotating schedule.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable using technology
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
