Junior Power BI Developer (m/f)

Job Description

ARHS Group, part of Accenture, is looking for a Junior Power BI Developer (m/f) to join one of our client teams onsite in Luxembourg within a European institutional environment.

You will contribute to the development and maintenance of reporting solutions that support business decision-making. Working closely with business users, analysts, and technical teams, you will help transform data into meaningful insights through dashboards and reports.

THE WORK:

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Support business stakeholders in gathering reporting and visualization requirements.
• Assist with data preparation, transformation, and modelling activities.
• Contribute to the improvement of reporting solutions and data quality.
• Ensure reporting solutions follow established standards and best practices.
• Support testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Power BI reports.
• Produce and maintain technical and user documentation.
• Collaborate with data and project teams to deliver reliable reporting solutions.

Onsite at client site: This role requires an onsite presence with our clients and partners to support project delivery and strengthen client relationships.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Up to 2 years of experience in Power BI, reporting, data analysis, or a similar area.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, including basic understanding of DAX and Power Query.
• Understanding of data visualization principles and reporting concepts.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and data modelling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration abilities.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a data and reporting environment.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• French language skills are highly preferred.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

• Academic, internship, or personal projects involving Power BI or data visualization.
• Knowledge of SQL Server, Oracle, or other relational databases.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Experience with other reporting or BI tools.
