Power Platform Developer (m/f)

Job Description

ARHS Group, part of Accenture, is looking for a Power Platform Developer (m/f) to join a project within a European institutional environment in Luxembourg.

You will help design and deliver business solutions based on the Microsoft Power Platform, supporting process automation, application development, and reporting initiatives. Working closely with business users and technical teams, you will contribute to the digitalization and optimization of operational processes.

THE WORK:

• Develop and maintain applications using Power Apps.
• Design and implement automated workflows with Power Automate.
• Create dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and propose effective solutions.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 services and other enterprise systems.
• Support testing, deployment, and maintenance activities.
• Contribute to documentation and knowledge-sharing activities.
• Promote best practices in development, automation, and reporting.

Onsite at client site: This role requires an onsite presence with our clients and partners to support project delivery and strengthen client relationships.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Understanding of business process automation and digital workflow solutions.
• Experience creating reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 technologies and services.
• Knowledge of data modelling and data integration concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

• Experience with Dataverse.
• Knowledge of SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, or Dynamics 365.
• Experience with SQL, APIs, or Azure services.
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
• French language skills.
