Social Media Marketing & Design Intern

Job Description

Dashlabs.ai is looking for a Social Media Marketing & Design Intern to join our team! If you're a university student passionate about creativity, design, and making content that actually gets seen, this is your chance to gain real-world experience at the intersection of health and tech. Students fulfilling required On-the-Job Training (OJT) hours are highly encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Do:

Create Cool Content

• Help brainstorm and produce eye-catching content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and more.

• Support in shooting and editing short-form videos and reels that match current trends.

• Assist in basic video editing using CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar tools.

Design with Impact

• Create visuals and layouts for social posts, stories, and in-app assets using Canva, Adobe tools, or Figma.

• Make sure all designs follow Dashlabs’ brand style and tone.

Collaborate & Learn

• Work with our marketing and design team to bring content ideas to life.

• Join brainstorms, give and receive feedback, and grow your creative skillset.

Track & Improve

• Learn how to track content performance using basic analytics.

• Stay updated on what's trending—and help us keep up!

Qualifications

Who We’re Looking For:

• Currently enrolled in a university program (students completing OJT hours preferred)

• Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), and/or Figma

• Strong interest in content creation, social media, and digital design

• Good communicator and team player with a positive attitude

• Self-motivated and able to work remotely

• Bonus if you’re passionate about health, wellness, or tech!

Additional Information

This is an unpaid and remote-first position.
