Manage relationships with PEO/EOR providers where a local entity is not yet in place
Serve as the point of contact for the local team in case of any HR/Finance/Admin matters
Internal Mobility & International Transfers
Own the end-to-end process for employee relocations and international assignments — from visa applications to contract amendments to relocation support
Serve as the main point of contact for employees navigating international moves
HR Operations
Own core HR admin across all entities — contracts, amendments, onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination
Build and maintain HR processes and documentation that work across multiple geographies and legal frameworks
Coordinate with external payroll consultants in each country
Maintain compliance with local labour law in all active markets (US, Germany, Portugal, Spain, UK and beyond)
People & Culture
Support recruitment coordination across offices with the TA team
Contribute to building a consistent Dedale culture across geographies
Support the performance review cycle and compensation benchmarking across entities

Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple live projects simultaneously
Entrepreneurial mindset with genuine interest to work on different topics
