The Opportunity:

This is a rare role at the intersection of HR operations, international expansion, and internal mobility. You will be the person who makes Dedale's global growth happen from a people perspective — setting up entities, moving people across borders, ensuring compliance in every market, and building the HR foundations that scale with us. You will work closely with the Head of HR, Head of Finance, COO, and Chief of Staff, as well as our external legal counsel in France, the US, Portugal, Madrid, Germany, etc.

Your Responsibilities:

International Expansion & Entity Setup

  • Lead the HR workstream for new entity setup in each new market (US, Germany, Portugal, Spain, UK and beyond)

  • Define local employment contracts, benefits structures, and onboarding processes per market

  • Manage relationships with PEO/EOR providers where a local entity is not yet in place

  • Serve as the point of contact for the local team in case of any HR/Finance/Admin matters

Internal Mobility & International Transfers

  • Own the end-to-end process for employee relocations and international assignments — from visa applications to contract amendments to relocation support

  • Serve as the main point of contact for employees navigating international moves

HR Operations

  • Own core HR admin across all entities — contracts, amendments, onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination

  • Build and maintain HR processes and documentation that work across multiple geographies and legal frameworks

  • Coordinate with external payroll consultants in each country

  • Maintain compliance with local labour law in all active markets (US, Germany, Portugal, Spain, UK and beyond)

People & Culture

  • Support recruitment coordination across offices with the TA team

  • Contribute to building a consistent Dedale culture across geographies

  • Support the performance review cycle and compensation benchmarking across entities

Your Qualifications:

We value diverse backgrounds and don't have an "ideal" profile in mind, however the following qualifications will be beneficial in this role:

  • 4–6 years of HR operations experience, with at least 2–3 years in an international or multi-entity environment

  • Proven experience setting up HR practices in a new country or subsidiary

  • Hands-on knowledge of French labour law (essential) and working knowledge of at least one other jurisdiction (US, Germany, Portugal, Spain)

  • Experience managing international mobility — visas, work permits, détachement, relocation

  • Comfortable working directly with senior leadership in a fast-moving environment

  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple live projects simultaneously

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with genuine interest to work on different topics

  • Fluent in English and French
