Job Description
END-TO-END PROJECT LEADERSHIP
Manage large-scale content projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring alignment across creativity, production, distribution, and strategic objectives, while delivering on time, within budget, and according to Red Bull’s editorial and production standards.
PRODUCTION & WORKFLOW MANAGEMENT
Oversee end-to-end production workflows—from shoots to asset delivery—while managing relationships with production companies, agencies, creators, athletes, artists, and partners throughout all project stages.
CREATIVE DEVELOPMENT & STORYTELLING
Play an active role in shaping narratives from concept to execution—bringing a producer’s instinct for structure, hooks, pacing, and format while collaborating closely with production teams to drive creative excellence.
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COORDINATION
Act as the key connector across teams while managing multiple workstreams simultaneously without losing sight of the overall strategy.
STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT
Serve as the senior point of contact for local and global stakeholders, navigating complex organizational dynamics with clarity and professionalism.
MARKETING & COMMUNICATION STRATEGY
Collaborate with Sport, Culture, and Brand teams to develop high-impact communication strategies, ensuring creative execution aligns with both editorial vision and business objectives.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in content, media, production, editorial, marketing or digital storytelling environments.
Deep knowledge of production processes, including shoots, post-production workflows and asset delivery
Experience working cross-functionally across creative, marketing, communications and operational teams.
Proven ability to manage relationships with production companies, agencies, creators, athletes and external partners.
Experience in sport, culture, entertainment, lifestyle or creator ecosystems
Deep knowledge of social media platforms (YouTube, IG, TikTok) is a must.
