Bilingual Recruiter - English/ Spanish

Nation Security is seeking a skilled Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish) to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our recruitment department, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates to meet our organizational needs. You will act as a liaison between hiring managers and potential employees, ensuring a smooth and professional recruitment process. This role requires excellent communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct full-cycle recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
• Maintain and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Utilize various recruitment platforms and social media to attract diverse talent pools.
• Ensure all recruitment processes are compliant with company policies and legal requirements.
• Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish with candidates and team members.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish, both verbal and written communication.
• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably bilingual recruitment experience.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with a professional attitude.
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
