Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their financial needs.
Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell appropriate financial products and services.
Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and client demands.
Provide detailed presentations and product demonstrations to clients to facilitate informed decision-making.
Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions and ensure seamless service delivery.
Achieve and exceed sales targets set by management on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Keep abreast of industry developments, regulations, and company offerings to maintain up-to-date knowledge.

Requirements

Diploma in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience within the financial services industry.
Strong understanding of financial products, markets, and regulatory environment.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and strong problem-solving abilities.
