Job Description

Our Social Infrastructure pillar operate in the refurbishment and regeneration of thousands of properties in the Nationally; we are currently looking for a SHEQ Advisor to provide invaluable health and safety support and advice to teams undertaking cyclical internal / external refurbishment works across our projects in East Midlands. 

Your role as SHEQ Advisor will involve:

  • Undertaking periodic risk assessments reviews and implementing more robust procedures when necessary. 
  • Providing specialist SHEQ advice to colleagues / subcontractors
  • Ensuring contracts are compliant and that positive behaviours are embedded in the day to day works of our operational teams. 
  • Investigating incident and accidents and providing formal reports and root cause analysis. 

    Qualifications

    This is primarily a site-based role which will require a SHEQ professional with previously construction / property services experience, in addition to a full UK driving license and vehicle for work purposes. You will also possess the following:

    - NEBOSH Construction Certificate

    - Environmental Management & NEBOSH Certificate in Fire Safety (desirable).
